Lost Treasures of the Silk Road(2013)

China - the "Middle Empire" has long been thought to have developed completely independently of the West. Recently this understanding of China's history has been called into question due to some surprising discoveries. New archaeological findings seem to support the theory that there had been contact between the East and West much earlier then originally assumed.
